Introduction

Aquachlor equipment are designed for on-site electrochemical synthesis of disinfecting aqueous solution of oxidant mixture (hypochloric acid, hypochlorite ions, chlorine dioxide, ozone, hydroperoxide compounds) through electrochemical decomposition of a sodium chloride solution.

Aquachlor equipment are an alternative compact and high-performance source of oxidant mixture, and can be used as a substitute for liquid chlorine cylinders and containers and, in fact, chlorinators for drinking water treatment plants, for treatment of waste water supply, for treatment of domestic and industrial waste water, for swimming pool water treatment systems in the form of single modules or groups of modules, combined into a single hydraulic system to a predetermined output oxidants - from 30 grams per hour to hundreds of kilograms per hour.

Aquachlor - Beckhoff

A fully automatic device for production of electrochemically activated oxidants mixture.

In the Aquachlor device, high quality automation control system of the German company Beckoff has been used to minimize the dependence of water treatment system on the human factor (operator).

Comfortable ergonomic touch screen panel allows to monitor and modify all process parameters. After clicking the "Start" button on the control panel, the system produces a self-test and automatically goes to the regular operating mode, maintaining predetermined time intervals. In the event of a emergency system displays an error message on the screen, duplicating the presence of abnormal operation by using the flashing lights on the cabinet door that allows you to keep track of system failure, at a distance from the plant.

Thanks to the integrated 3G-module control installation, adjustment of operating modes, monitoring and elimination of emergency situations may operate remotely from anywhere in the world where there is Internet.

Aquachlor-500

Open-frame design, outdoor, with built-in power source, with the system of preparation of the initial solution, with capacity for accumulation of a solution of oxidants, withcapacity to flush the system. Can work round the clock. Performance oxidants to 500 g/h (100 - 1000 l/h of a solution of oxidants). Provides integration of several modules of AQUACHLOR devices-500 in a single system (up to 200 or more modules) with a total system power of the original salt solution. Installation allows to work in the mode of obtaining the solution of oxidants with pH = 2 - 3 (capacity of about 500 l/h at oxidant concentration 1000 mg/l) and concentrated solution of sodium hydroxide (150 - 170 g/l, about 4 to 5 liters per hour), as well as in the mode of obtaining a concentrated solution of hypochlorite (170 - 180 g/l, about 4 to 5 liters per hour). It is also possible to obtain a dilute solution of sodium hypochlorite with a pH of 8.5 - 9.0 and the concentration of 2 - 3 grams in 1 liter of a capacity of 150 to 250 liters per hour.
